Produced using the traditional (Champenoise) method, this sparkling wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, where the effervescence is naturally created, resulting in fine, elegant bubbles and great aromatic complexity.

Varietal Composition:

• 60% Pinot Noir
• 40% Chardonnay

The vineyards are planted on sandy-loam soils with rounded stones, of medium to low fertility, low organic matter content, excellent drainage and very low salinity—ideal conditions for producing high-quality sparkling wines with freshness and precision.

Harvest is carried out manually in 18 kg boxes, ensuring optimal fruit selection and freshness.

After the first winter, the wine is bottled to begin the second fermentation and then remains in contact with its lees for 12 months before disgorgement, gaining complexity, texture and finesse.

Tasting Notes:

• Appearance: Delicate golden yellow color, with a continuous and persistent perlage that finishes in an elegant crown.
• Nose: Notes of white flowers and dried fruits.
• Palate: Well-balanced acidity with flavors of dried apricot, delivering freshness and elegance.
