Jorge Rubio Privado Extra Brut 2023 is a unique, complex, and high-end sparkling wine that captures the pinnacle of excellence within the winery's premium line. Crafted as a Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is perfected through more than 30 months of aging on its lees using the traditional Champenoise method. This meticulous process yields a distinguished maturity, well-defined aromas, and a delicate effervescence that culminates in a full, beautifully balanced body, evoking the signature elegance of the Privado Jorge Rubio brand.
"Yellow in color with golden reflections, it is characterized by its fine and persistent bubbles. The nose reveals a complex aroma blending citrus, white peach, freshly baked bread, and almonds. On the palate, it is unctuous, elegant, and welcoming, showcasing flavors of citrus and white fruits, brioche, and dried fruits, closing with a lingering, persistent freshness."
