Description
Angélica Zapata Malbec is a refined blend crafted from Malbec grapes sourced from several exceptional vineyards, resulting in a wine of remarkable concentration, depth, and elegance.
The Angélica Vineyard contributes aromas of ripe plums and red fruit preserves, adding softness and volume to the palate.
La Pirámide brings notes of dark stone fruits along with spicy nuances of black pepper and clove.
Nicasia Vineyard – Block 2 adds forest red fruits, freshness, and elegance.
From Adrianna Vineyard, Block 3 delivers intense floral aromas reminiscent of violet and lavender, while Block 9 contributes a deep, dark violet color, ripe black fruit aromas, mineral notes, and a long, persistent finish.
These five components come together seamlessly, creating a complex and expressive Malbec blend. An ideal companion for a classic Argentine asado.

Catena Zapata and Nicolás Catena Zapata have received numerous international accolades, including Decanter Man of the Year, The Wine Spectator Distinguished Service Award, and Winery of the Year honors from leading wine publications around the world.
