It is made together with Jean-Marc Roulot of Domaine Roulot in Meursault, from 40-year-old vines in the Chacra Vineyard, rooted in mineral soils of alluvial stones coated in limestone. The 2019 was aged for 10 months in concrete eggs, stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, 20% of them new.
